Triggers don’t count as AI replies. An AI reply is one message Kavedi answers from what you taught it. Run out and it passes messages to you instead. It never bills you for more.

How does it connect to my number?
The way WhatsApp Web does: as a linked device on the number you already use. Your phone keeps working as normal, and you can disconnect Kavedi any time, from Kavedi or from Linked devices on your phone.
It’s careful with what it sends: it only replies to people who wrote to you first, sends anything else one message at a time between 8am and 8pm, up to 50 a day, and checks with you before messaging someone you’ve never chatted with. The details are in our terms.
What can triggers do?
A trigger starts when someone sends certain words, sends a photo, voice note or file, or messages you for the first time. It can also start from a shortcut you type yourself, like .price. Then it does up to ten steps: send a message with their name in it, a picture or a file, react with an emoji, wait, add a label, put the chat in your Waiting list, or pause auto-reply so you can take over.
You can limit it to certain hours, and to once per person every hour, day or week. Start from an idea, and Try it shows what would happen before anyone gets it.
Does it work in groups?
Only in groups you pick, up to three, and only with your triggers. It never answers a group with AI. In a group a trigger runs at most once a minute, so it can’t flood the chat.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It says nothing. The question turns up in Kavedi with the person’s name, and you answer it there or on your phone. After that, Kavedi stays out of that chat for a while. One tap turns your reply into an answer, so the next person gets it straight away.
If you’d rather it said “let me check” in the meantime, write that line once in Settings.
Will its replies sound like a bot?
It writes each reply from what you taught it, in the tone you pick: friendly, short or formal. Anything that must go out exactly as written, like account details, you mark word for word. Asked outright whether it’s a person, it says it’s an assistant.
Does it work where I am?
Anywhere WhatsApp works. It replies in the language people write to you in, times follow your time zone, and prices show in your currency.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Most numbers link fine. Some Business accounts that are tied to Meta’s Business Platform don’t link yet. Tell us which WhatsApp you use when you apply, and we’ll check before you connect anything.
Is anyone reading my chats?
No. Kavedi doesn’t keep conversations. It keeps the questions it passes to you, your triggers and answers, and your contacts, encrypted. The privacy policy lists everything.
