A private beta, not general availability

Kavedi is pre-launch. Applying to the beta does not guarantee access on any particular date, and features described on this site may change before or after you're let in. Testers use Kavedi free; we'll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

Your WhatsApp number

Kavedi connects to your WhatsApp number as a linked device, the way WhatsApp Web does. It uses WhatsApp’s multi-device connection, not the official WhatsApp Business API, and Kavedi is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

Because WhatsApp doesn’t offer this connection officially for automation, a number that is connected carries some risk of being flagged, restricted or banned by WhatsApp. That risk sits with your number, not with Kavedi, and WhatsApp’s decisions about your account are outside our control.

Kavedi is built to keep that risk low: it only replies to people who wrote to you first, reads only the groups you pick, sends anything outbound one message at a time between 8am and 8pm and at most 50 a day, never sends to someone who replied STOP, and asks you before messaging someone you’ve never chatted with.

What we recommend: connect a work number rather than the only number your family can reach you on if you have one; keep broadcasts to people who expect to hear from you; and if WhatsApp restricts your number, don’t link or unlink devices until it lifts — restrictions usually lift within hours.

By connecting a number you confirm it’s yours to use this way, that you’ve read this section, and that you’ll follow WhatsApp’s own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kavedi to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is illegal, deceptive, or abusive, and not to use it in any way that violates WhatsApp's own terms of service.

Service availability

Because Kavedi is early-stage, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, availability, and behaviour may change as we build.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for your WhatsApp account, the accuracy of the knowledge you give Kavedi, the messages sent on your behalf, and your own compliance with laws and regulations that apply to your business.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, pause, or discontinue any part of Kavedi, including the entire service, at our discretion. Where practical, we'll give notice ahead of major changes.

Limitation of liability

Kavedi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavedi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost messages, lost sales, or restrictions placed on your WhatsApp number.
