Knowledge and rules
What an agent knows, and what it must always or never do.
What it knows#
- All of Knowledge, the default.
- Some topics, for an agent with a narrow job.
- Only its notes, for facts no other agent should use.
Every agent also knows About you: your name, what you do and where you are.
Rules#
Your own lines it follows, like “never offer Sundays” or “always mention the deposit”. Up to 12, each with its own switch.
Two rules are fixed: it never makes up a price, a time or a fact, and it never answers in a group. Your rules add to these and can’t switch them off.
Steps back while you’re chatting#
On by default. After you send anything in a chat, the agent stays quiet for your Pause after you reply time. Turn it off and the agent keeps answering even right after you reply.
